Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-05 · Operated by Systemize BV (Belgium)
These Terms govern your use of the parsr document parsing API (“the Service”) operated by Systemize BV. By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to them.
1. The Service
parsr extracts structured data from documents you submit. You are responsible for the legality of the documents you submit and for holding any necessary rights or consents from the data subjects.
2. Pricing & billing
Plans, caps, and overage rates are listed at /pricing. Cached re-uploads count against quota; failed parses with our fault do not. Subscription changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
3. Acceptable use
Don't submit documents you don't have rights to. Don't use the Service to deceive, harass, or violate the law. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying models or extract pre-training data.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for material breach, non-payment, or attempts to compromise the Service.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” — for SLAs see the relevant plan tier.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the courts of Brussels, unless local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
